PRICING

One-time development, built around your needs

Every one of these applications is different, so there is no honest fixed price to put on this page. A focused workflow application is far smaller than a full platform — we start with the features that solve your biggest problem and expand only when there is a reason to.

No mandatory monthly subscription for the software itself. Running it still involves ordinary costs — hosting, a domain, email and SMS providers, payment processing fees and any third-party APIs you use. See custom development

Questions owners ask

Do I have to pay a monthly subscription?

No mandatory monthly software subscription is required for the application itself. Normal hosting and third-party service costs — server, domain, email and SMS providers, payment processing — may still apply, and optional maintenance is billed separately if you want it.

Can the software run on my own server?

Yes. The application can be deployed to infrastructure you control, depending on the project's technical requirements. We agree the hosting setup during scoping so there are no surprises at deployment.

Do I need all these features?

No. The goal is to build only what your business needs. Most projects start with two or three modules that remove the worst of the manual work, and grow from there.

Can you migrate my spreadsheet data?

Where it is technically practical, existing spreadsheet and customer data can be imported into the new system. How clean the import is depends on how consistent the existing data is.

Can you integrate my existing tools?

Yes. Depending on the service, integrations can be built for payments, email, SMS, maps, calendars, CRMs, accounting tools and other APIs. Which ones are practical depends on what those services expose.

Is this suitable for a small business?

Yes. The system can start small — a single owner with two crews is a perfectly normal starting point — and grow as the business grows.

Is this the same as buying a SaaS product?

No. Instead of subscribing to a generic platform, this is custom software developed around your business workflow, which you can then run on your own infrastructure.

When is an off-the-shelf SaaS the better choice?

If you need a mature platform immediately, do not want to be responsible for running your own application, or need a large ecosystem of built-in integrations. Custom software makes most sense when your workflow is specific and you want more control.

Have a workflow that should be software?

Tell me how you manage the business today. I will help identify what can be automated, what should stay simple, and what kind of application would actually make sense for you.
