MeSos ERP

A multi-tenant business platform sold by subscription, with accounting and HR modules and a configurable AI layer on top of each tenant’s own data.

The challenge

Selling business software as a subscription means running many companies on one system without letting any of them see each other. On top of the usual tenancy, billing and permissions work, the platform needed an AI layer the operator could configure per plan — and meter, so model usage could not quietly outrun what a customer was paying.

What I built

Multi-tenant architecture with per-tenant data isolation and roles
Subscription plans, add-on manager and billing against those plans
Accounting and HR modules as the core product
AI engine configuration, so models and behaviour are set per deployment
A central knowledge base the AI answers from, rather than free-running
Per-tenant AI token metering, so usage stays inside the plan
Helpdesk, CMS, and email and notification templating for operators
